Executive Management

A graduate of ESCP (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris) in 1980, Jérôme started his career as an auditor in the offices of Guérard Delbors Vallas and Ernst & Young.

In 1988, Jérôme became CEO Ernst & Young Cameroon and Head of Ernst & Young Central Africa (Cameroon, Congo, Gabon offices and supervision of activities in CAR, Chad and Equatorial Guinea). In 2005, the office of Cameroon becomes Cameroon Audit Conseil: this marked the beginning of CAC International, followed by the opening of offices in Congo and Chad.

Jérôme has a very rich experience in audit both wihin the subregion and on the international scale. For this reason, he is very much solicited to carry out audit and advisory missions on projects financed by the contributors (World Bank, European Union).

After graduating from Reims Business School in Accounting and Finance in 2008, Coretta took her first steps in the auditing field as a Financial Audit Manager at Deloitte in the Paris office. She carried out engagements in France and the United States for large multinationals.

In 2013, Coretta joined the financial strategy unit of the international retail group E. Leclerc as project manager (45 billion euros in turnover). She coordinated among other things the profitability of the 1,850 points of sale, the investment policy of central purchasing companies and the valuation of companies.

Coretta decided in 2016 to put her potential at the service of the development of Africa within CAC International as Secretary General. Her role is to assist the CEO in the financial, commercial and administrative management of the group.
